HOW TO SERVE

  1. Mix Iceland’s Finest Salmon
    Mousse and Skyr or
    Greek Yoghurt and stir
    till smooth and creamy.
  2. Add Iceland’s Finest
    Masago Caviar in the mix.
  3. Put a nice tablespoon of the
    mousse on a Rye Cracker

WHAT YOU NEED

Iceland’s Finest Cod Liver Paté

Iceland’s Finest Smoked Cod Liver

Iceland’s Finest Rye Crackers

Lemon

Skyr or Greek Yoghurt

Sea salt and pepper

Cress

Red onion

HOW TO SERVE

  1. Whisk the Iceland’s Finest Cod
    Liver Paté with the Skyr or Greek
    Yoghurt to a mousse.
  2. Add a squeeze of Lemon.
  3. Put a tablespoon of the mousse
    on each piece of Iceland’s Finest
    Rye Crackers.
  4. Decorate it with a nice thick slice
    of Iceland’s Finest Smoked Cod Liver,
    julienne of lemon zest, cress and fine

HOW TO SERVE

  1. Put Iceland’s Finest Cod Mousse
    on an Iceland’s Finest Rye Cracker
    and add a teaspoon of Skyr
    or Greek Yoghurt.
  2. Add a tablespoon of Iceland’s
    Finest Black Caviar on the top.
  3. Drizzle a little Sea Salt, decorate

WHAT YOU NEED

Iceland’s Finest Langoustine Soup

Iceland’s Finest Fish Balls

Iceland’s Finest Black Caviar

Skyr or Greek Yoghurt

Sourdough Bread

 

 

 

HOW TO SERVE

  1. Heat Iceland’s Finest Lobster
    Soup till it reaches the boiling point.
  2. Add Iceland’s Finest Fish Balls.
    Heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Serve into a bowl, top the soup
    with a tablespoon of Skyr or Greek
    Yoghurt. Add a nice tablespoon
    of Iceland’s Finest Black Caviar.

HOW TO SERVE

  1. Mix Skyr or Greek Yoghurt
    with Iceland’s Finest Herring
    and stir till you have a creamy mousse.
  2. Add a tablespoon of Iceland’s
    Finest Caviar to the mix and
    put the mousse on Iceland’s
    Finest Rye Crackers.
  3. Decorate with dill and drizzle salt
    and pepper on the top.
